For a minimum spend of EUR 120,000 a complimentary upgrade to our luxurious Presidential Suite1 will be offered to your VIP attendee. These benefits will be offered in addition to our current contractual complimentary benefits, such as: complimentary basic Wi-Fi, one complimentary room per 30 rooms booked and one complimentary upgrade per 30 rooms booked2 .

Any booker that spends a minimum of EUR 20,000 will receive a complimentary one night stay for two persons in a standard room inclusive of a breakfast buffet in the hotel receiving the event. Any booker that spends a minimum of EUR 40,000 will receive a complimentary two night stay in a standard room for two persons inclusive of a breakfast buffet and dinner in the hotel receiving the event. Any booker that spends a minimum of EUR 60,000 will receive a complimentary three night stay for two persons in a suite including a limousine transfer, a breakfast buffet and dinner in the hotel receiving the event.
