Kenningtons Holiday Activities May 2015
Welcome to the May Holiday Activity Programme! We will be celebrating the May holidays with four days of activities this year. We have Scooting and Bike skills sessions on Tuesday, Multisports on Wednesday, an all day Nerf Wars on the Thursday and a Base Camp for the big finish on Friday! Booking forms are to be received by Kenningtons Primary School Office no later than Wednesday 13th May 2015. The minimum number of pupils required for each activity to run is indicated on the form below—if the minimum number has not been reached by 13th May 2015 then the school will be obliged to cancel the activity so please get forms in promptly! Children attending KHA Partnership schools are eligible for a £1 discount on activities. The booking rate for non KHA schools is indicated in italics. SCOOTING SKILLS Hannah @Sustrans

Children will need to bring a working scooter to this session and be able to ride it. Parents are permitted to watch from the picnic benches.

You can book up to 2 children on one form. Please copy the form if you have additional children.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email, so please include a current email address. Please also ensure you provide at least two emergency telephone numbers to ensure we can contact you as quickly as possible in the event of emergency.
Please return your booking form, with a cheque or cash payment in a sealed envelope labelled with “Kenningtons Holiday Activities” and your child/children’s name to Kenningtons Primary school by Wednesday 13th May 2015. Cheques should be made payable to Kenningtons Primary Academy. Please note we are unable to issue change.
Places are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Activities which do not reach the minimum required number of participants by Wednesday 13th May 2015 must be cancelled.
Refunds are only available in the event of activity cancellation by the school. Refunds cannot be made for non-attendance.
Confirmations will be emailed by Thursday 14th May 2015. If you have not received confirmation by this date, please call Kenningtons Primary Academy on 01708 865663.
