All fees are due and payable to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office (Note: This payment may only be a Cashier’s Check or Money Order)
Uniforms $500.00 Students must purchase uniforms/equipment prior to the start of the academy. * College Fees shall be paid directly to Cerro Coso Community College. You must register with the college prior to the start of the Core Course. *Fees and dates are subject to change at any time* This is not a job offer. Students completing the training program must apply and meet department specific hiring requirements before being employed by a law enforcement agency.
