On 11/28/2017 at approximately 1550 hours, Officers contacted Gabriel Cassin, age 27, in the 600 block of Stedman Street. Mr. Cassin was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $100.00 bail. On 11/26/2017 at approximately 0246 hours, Officers received a report of a possible sexual assault. On 11/28/2017 at approximately 2200 hours, Officers contacted Roger Fawcett, age 33. Based on the investigation, Mr. Fawcett was charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 11/30/2017 at approximately 1935 hours, Officers contacted Brittany Holten, age 32, in the 600 block of Dock Street. She was served a summons to appear in court, charging her with Assault In The Fourth Degree. The summons stems from a August 2017 case.
