The Camp: Key Leader, a program sponsored by Kiwanis International, is designed to inspire young people to achieve their personal best through leadership. Key Leader Camp is a three-day event where students learn communication and leadership skills through a series of group events, small break out groups and a ropes challenge course. The five key principles explored during the weekend will be Integrity, Respect, Growth, Community, and Excellence.

Who: •Open to all students in grades 8-12. The program is open to any student from any school. •Open to Key Club and non Key Club members.

Where & When: 4:00pm Friday, May 16 to 11:30am Sunday, May 18, 2008 / Trinity Pines Camp, Cascade, Idaho.

Cost: •$175 for the weekend •$150 for Key Club or Builder Club members for the weekend. •$95 for student facilitators and chaperones •Students will receive all materials, food and lodging upon arrival.

Sponsorship: Any organization: Kiwanis, Rotary, Church, Parents, Chamber of Commerce or Businesses can sponsor students.

Registration: Go to Key-Leader.org and select Register. (Yes, that is a hyphen- between Key and Leader)

Facilitator: Is an experienced professional who has received specific training in the Key Leader program.

Chaperones: Utah-Idaho District of Kiwanis will provide all adult chaperones. All chaperones will have gone through a background check. Kiwanis International, Key Leader division will also have representatives on site.
