MARSHALL FOOTBALL SKILLS CAMP Sponsored by FUG Grades 3rd - 6th Who: Athletes entering 3rd-6th grade in the 2016-2017 school year Where: Marshall High School practice fields located behind the school Cost: $40 (Make checks payable to Marshall Football) - Registration includes camp t-shirt. - Water will be provided but campers are encouraged to bring reusable water bottle - You do not need to be from Marshall to attend What to bring: Football cleats or gym shoes, clean t-shirt and shorts or sweats. Medical Authorization My child has permission to attend the Marshall RedHawk Football Camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect or be affected by my son’s participation. In the event of an emergency in which my son requires medical care, I authorize the staff of the camp to act for me and to obtain for him whatever medical treatment the staff, in its best judgment deems necessary and appropriate. In the event that medical treatment is deemed necessary, I give my permission, so that my child may receive medical treatment. I agree to hold the Marshall RedHawk Football Camp, their staff, and the Marshall Public Schools harmless for any liability arising out of good faith action involved in the camp.
