KINZE MACH TILL™

HIGH-SPEED DISC SOLUTION PREPARE YOUR FIELDS FASTER, BETTER Introducing the Kinze Mach Till™ — the fastest and most versatile piece of tillage equipment you will own. Shred heavy fall residue or prep the soil in the spring at speeds of 8 to 12 mph — up to three times the speed of traditional tillage systems — while ensuring uniform distribution and leaving the perfect soil finish. Preparing your seedbed improves water, nutrient and gas exchange, creating the ideal environment for your crops to thrive. No need to add extra weight. The frame is built heavy, providing the force required to handle the most extreme soil and trash conditions, yet compaction is not an issue. Key Features 1. High Speed — High Capacity

travel at speeds of 8 to 12 mph and cover up to 60 acres per hour1

2. Soil Finish

optimal condition for improved soil structure, faster germination and erosion control

3. Simply Robust

few moving parts, well-built and simple design

4. Low Maintenance

maintenance-free pins, bushings, disc and rubber roller bearings, and hub assemblies

5. Performs in Many Soil Conditions wet or dry, clay, sand or loam

6. Floating Self-Contour Technology follows the curvature of the varying terrain

7. Independent Disc Arms

rubber disc arms follow field contours and dampen impact of stones

Acres based on 12 mph. Actual acres will vary based on tractor performance, field conditions and other variables.

8. Otico® Furrow Rollers

suitable for any soil type and provides exceptional soil consolidation

9. Field Ready

adjust four simple, mechanical settings and it is ready to go

10. Large Flotation Style Tires

wide footprint minimizes compaction

DISC OPTIONS

Independent Disc Arms

Each individual disc arm is preloaded with four natural rubber spring elements that allow the disc to skate over severe stones and follow the ground contour, providing 11.5" clearance.

Plain or Double V Concave Disc

The high tensile strength steel arms provide three times the spring back of normal mild steel. The independent disc arms slice and mix soil at speeds never before achieved. The shallow-faced discs maximize flow and remove compaction layers.

The concave disc does an excellent job of tilling and inverting the soil. The Double “V” shape disc design acts like a smooth disc offering more surface area for high cutting power.

OTICO ® FURROW ROLLERS
