Membership, Social and Fundraising Committee

 Obtain kit quotes, liaise with and determine suppliers

 Plan and organise SPR social events

 Design kit  Coordinate kit sponsorship  Coordinate and manage all kit orders

Mountain Bike Committee

Race Committee

 Facilitate SPR affiliation with Mountain Bike Australian (MTBA)

 Facilitate and support SPR race program (eg. Road, Criteriums, Time Trials)

 Foster relationships and continue to develop the positive culture of SPR

 Club liaison

 Welcome new members

 Facilitate and provide opportunities for members to experience mountain biking

 Support and coordination of SPR members competing in races (e.g. Race Pack)

 Distribute kit

 Facilitate the members benefits program

 Seek feedback from membership regarding kit

 Coordinate non-racing events. e.g. Cyclo sportif events

 Liaise with the SPR committee/sub committees to ensure sponsorship arrangements are met

 Identify fundraising objectives and targets

 Attend RMC meetings

 Provide a SPR club presence at mountain bike events

 Raise funds  Coordinate gifts and prizes  Identify and coordinate minor grants

Training and Development – Facilitating training and development opportunities for members
