cUSTOMER CONCERN: Oven control dead, unit not working. (Note: This usually happens with a newly installed oven).
cause: If no neutral is present because the Neutral (white) wire is not connected properly at the junction box (or at the electrical fuse box), it will damage the L1 filter board and the control board.
cORRECTION: Before replacing any parts. 1. Disconnect power. 2. Verify that the electrical connection has been done correctly (as shown in illustration 1). Measure voltage between L1 (black), N (white) and L2 (red). 3. Verify that Microwave power connection is properly inserted. 4. Verify that ring terminals from main harness and conduit (not shown in illustration) are inserted in the terminal block.
