Code dates: All Products built before XS10 CUSTOMER COMPLAINT: Gas oven won’t reignite during cooking cycles.
CAUSE: Misalignment of the gas regulator to the oven burner tube. The 4 Mounting screws of the gas regulator mounting bracket are not inserted correctly causing a misalignment of the regulator onto the burner tube.
CORRECTION: Verify the Bake and Broil ignitor wires are not pinched, cut or disconnected. Adjust gas regulator mounting bracket as shown. ALIGNING THE REGULATOR MOUNTING PLATE There must be a 1/4" gap between the Mounting Plate tabs and the cabinet support bracket. The gap should be similar on both sides.
