Kitty Gaughan Pavilion Renovations Last year, the Creighton Baseball program continued to excel both on and off the field. The program   established itself as a powerhouse in the BIG EAST Conference as the Bluejays captured the regular season title. The Kitty Gaughan Pavilion Renovation is a much-needed remodel to the locker room and player’s lounge area. This renovation will turn the crowded locker room into an elite clubhouse in addition to providing our student-athletes with an area with amenities that will allow them unwind and relax after practice and games.   Construction on the remodel will begin after this 2015 season and conclude in time for the start of fall  ball and the fall semester. The $100,000 locker room renovation will feature 37 new lockers,  cabinetry and carpeting along with new Creighton Baseball signage and logos. Further, new flat  screen TVs and other media resources will be added which will allow the student-athletes to  watch other baseball contests and game film of their own. The showers and  bathroom amenities, ventilation and heating system will also be greatly improved to provide a nicer, more convenient option for the student-athletes.   We also hope to enhance the amenities of the lounge area in the Kitty Gaughan Pavilion for   both the baseball and softball programs. This project would entail new couches, chairs, televisions and   also feature a kitchenette area. New graphic art displays highlighting our program’s success will also be installed to enhance the look and feel of the lounge.   By contributing to the Kitty Gaughan Pavilion Locker Room remodel fund, you are helping the Creighton   University baseball program continue to take the necessary steps towards new levels of achievement and   the continued development of Creighton Athletics. Major gifts of $25,000 or more are payable over a five   year period and may qualify for naming recognition. All gifts are processed by the Creighton University   Development Office (501c3) and are deductible from income tax to the amount fully allowable by law,   which is generally 100%.
