Dribbling / Body Awareness: Knee Tag Grid 15 x 25 Yards • Have players start without a ball. • Have players skip, jump and eventually dribble. When you say “GO” they begin to compete. • They try to tag each others knees to get points. • Players can protect their knees by spinning away and shielding their knees.
