INSTRUCTIONS Note: Hank has sections with 2 strands of smooth yarns tog – A, sections with 1 strand each of smooth yarn and lash yarn tog – B and sections with 1 strand of fashion textured yarn only – C.

MEASUREMENT Approx 6½" x 40" (16.5 x 101.5 cm). MATERIALS Bernat® Knit or Knot™ (80 g/2.8 oz; 91 m/100 yds) Red Glitter (45005)

Size 8 mm (U.S. 11) knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge. GAUGE 10½ sts and 18 rows = 4" [10 cm] in garter st. Note: Gauge may vary due to different yarn weights throughout hank.

Rep = Repeat(s) St(s) = Stitch(es) Tog = Together

For Section A Pat work as follows: 1st row: Knit. 2nd row: *K1, wrapping yarn twice around needle. Rep from * to end of row. 3rd row: *K1, dropping extra wraps. Rep from * to end of row. Rep last 2 rows until yarn of Section A is used, taking care to complete final row as 3rd row. Cast on 18 sts. Determine if yarn Section is A, B or C. Work yarn Sections B and C in garter st (knit every row) or work yarn Section A in Section A Pat until hank is complete, leaving 30" [76 cm] end. Cast off.
