Preparation For Soup/Hot Pot/Stock: Add 20g of Knorr Seafood Seasoning Powder to 1 litre of water. 1 pack makes up to 75 L of stock. For Marination/Grill/Roast: Add 2 teaspoons of Knorr Seafood Seasoning Powder to 500g fish/meat for improved flavour and taste. For Stir-fry: Add 2 teaspoons of Knorr Seafood Seasoning Powder to 500g vegetables.
