“ G ive t ha n k s f o r a lit t le and you wi l l find a l ot” ~ Hausa Prove rb Deciding to be grateful is such a powerful choice. When you’re worried or, anxious, or feeling down and you re-focus your attention on what you’re grateful for, peace washes over you like a warm wave. You feel like “Oh yeah. That’s right. Even if I don’t have (fill in the blank) I do have all of these other wonderful blessings in my life, let me celebrate them”! Gratitude lifts you up when you’re down, triggers positive thoughts and expands your capacity for appreciation. That’s why making it a daily practice is so important while you build the life you deserve – it keeps your spirit strong, grounded, and in a place of peace. And you’ll need all of that as you step into your destiny. This worksheet is designed to help you start developing your daily gratitude practice. Go at your own pace, do what feels right and enjoy. There are many other wonderful treasures that come from having a daily gratitude practice. They’ll reveal themselves as you go…

MY GRATEFUL
heart
Set your intention & Begin. Once you’re calm and present, ask yourself what you’re grateful for today. Write down what you feel one item at a time in each box. Remember there’s no right or wrong answer. If nothing comes to mind start by looking around and identifying things you’re grateful for right in the room. Let your practice unfold as you keep an open mind and enjoy the good feelings that wash over you. *Bonus Tips* Keep these! If you do you can look back on all of the things you’re grateful at different seasons in your life. What if you did one per week for a year?! Make it even prettier by adding your own art, doodles, or quotes. The more you it is, the better. Try to fill up the whole page in one setting and try not to repeat items. It will be a challenge you might have to work up to, but you can do it.
