Students are taught in their tutor groups in Year 7. Modules are taught in rotation. Each student will study all modules during the course of the year, but the order in which the modules are taught will vary for different teaching groups.

Students are set in Year 8 into four ability groups. Modules are taught in rotation, with students having a different teacher for each one. All students will study all of the modules during the course of the year, but the order in which the modules are taught will vary for different teaching groups.

Scientifica 9 and Framework 9 Lett’s Revision Guide and Workbook

Students are set in Year 9 into four ability groups. Modules are taught in rotation. Each student will study all modules during the course of the year, but the order in which they are taught will vary for different teaching groups. These modules will be taught up to the end of Term 2 in Year 9. Students will sit an informal exam based on KS3 work in term 3, following a period of revision in class. Students will then begin their GCSE course, and study the Biology 1 module.

Students will sit this exam at the end of Year 10.
