OUR MISSION
STAFF CONT’D
Our mission is to help players develop the characteristics of an elite lacrosse player. We will work on the players current skills, and teach the player new tactics and techniques. We want to provide each lacrosse player an exceptional experience, and one that will better their game. We will have a positive foundation for the sport by teaching players to honor and respect the game of lacrosse.
FRANK MORANO- Frank attended Fair Lawn High School where he was a 3 sport athlete, including football, basketball, and lacrosse. As Captain of the lacrosse team, he was the second leading scorer in New Jersey and named to All Division and All State teams. While at Montclair State University, Frank played Lacrosse where the team ranked 14th in the nation. As a starter every year, he was named ECAC Rookie of the Year and went on to become the leading goal scorer every year played. Upon graduating from college, Frank has held a wide range of coaching positions, including Head Coach of Boys Lacrosse and Assistant Coach for Boys Lacrosse in Fair Lawn. He was also Head Coach of Boys Lacrosse at Don Bosco & Assistant Coach of Boys Lacrosse in Sparta.

COACHING STAFF MICHAEL CARTI- Michael was a varsity lacrosse starter at Fair Lawn High School where he received All State and All Gibbs Division Awards. He began his career as an Offensive Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team at Don Bosco High School and a year later, became coach for the youth program in Franklin Lakes. It was here that he led his team to undefeated seasons two years in a row. In 2009, Michael became coach for the Girl's Varsity Lacrosse Program at Indian Hills High School, where the team had a previous 2-season record of 5-30. Along with his coaching team, they have delivered and astonishing 53 wins in four seasons. In 2013, Michael will proudly coach three Division 1 lacrosse players.
CRAIG BUCKLEY- Craig was a three-year varsity starter at Fair Lawn H.S. where he led his team to a 16-3 record and a semi-final appearance in his Senior Year. That year, Craig was named All-American, All-State and All League at the attack position. He was the NJ State scoring champion in 1993 accumulating 68 goals and 34 assists for 104 points. Craig went on to be a four-year starter for Division I Rutgers University where he led the team in goals 3 out of 4 years. After college, Craig took an assistant coaching position at Fair Lawn H.S. He then moved on to West Orange High School where he started the program from the ground-up. In just the second year of the programs existence, the mountaineers qualified for the state tournament. Currently, Craig is the Head Lacrosse Coach at Pascack Valley High School. In 2011, Craig led his team to an outstanding 10-1 league record and was crowned the champion of the Curcio Division. In 2012, Craig lead Pascack Valley to a 13-5 record and was named again coach of the year. NATALIE CARTI – Natalie will be playing her senior season this year at Indian Hills High School. She has committed to play lacrosse at the University of Michigan in 2013. Natalie is on pace to break the Bergen County girls’ scoring record which is 403 points. Currently, Natalie is going into her senior season with an accumulated 384 points. Natalie has been rated as one of the top players in the county for 2013.
