AmeriGas team of volunteers responded from all over Northern CA to volunteer in shelters and assist wih any propane related needs.

In the last 3 months, wildfire has ravaged more than 150,000 acres, leaving countless Lake County residents displaced.

Lake County Gas/AmeriGas has been proudly taking care of the fire victims as much as possible Account Manager, Paul Trent of Redding, donating 12 BBQ bottles to an RV Park in Blue Lakes that was housing and cooking for Valley Fire Evacuees.

We have been on the forefront of assisting many people that have been impacted by these destructive fires. Lake County Gas/AmeriGas partnered with Mt. Konocti Gas Mart of Kelseyville to give away free propane to portable tanks for those displaced by the fire. A team of more than 14 volunteers responded to Lake County to volunteer in the local shelters, bringing with them donations of money and supplies from all over northern California, as well as getting customers’ service re-established after repopulating, usually within 1 day of calling in. Lake County Gas/AmeriGas donated propane to various relief organizations such as the Red Cross and FEMA, as well as local relief, such as BBQ bottles for portable kitchens and RV Parks that housed evacuees. Coupled with the expedited service to PG&E and Cal Fire utilities, Lake County Gas/AmeriGas has been very busy!
