Guidelines The Estimator will assist you with calculating your Lanai Lights order.
How many lights required? (How many) Are you skipping any Posts? (i.e. Light on everyother post &/or corners)
Calculations
*Download the Estimator at www.lanailights.com Print the PDF version and take it with you to the job site, fill in the measurements
Wire Total Distance from GFI outlet to first light
Enter all measurments in inches (estimator will convert to feet)
Distance from GFI to Control box location Remainder of wire calculations will be complete using the Lanai Lights Estimator, a downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
vertical post (inches)
The Estimator will calculate "extra" wire as needed ("pig" tails" for wire splices etc.)
Use The Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
Extruded Wire Covers Distance between
Transfer numbers to the downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and let it to do the calculations for you.
(Only count vertical Posts between first and last light)
