The site lies between Tatworth Road (A358) and Forton Road (B3162), only ½ mile from the town centre. Taunton and the M5 (Junction 25) are 14 miles to the north west (25 minutes by car). The south coast, and destinations such as Lyme Regis are only 11.5 miles (25 minutes by car).
