FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF A 21.466 ACRE TRACT OF LAND Being a 21.466 acre tract of land situated in the Hugh White Survey No. 392, Abstract No. 657, Comal County, Texas and also being all of a called 7.342 acre (Tract I) tract of land, all of a called 5.00 acre (Tract II) tract of land and all of a called 9.001 acre (Tract III) tract of land recorded in Doc. #201306048357, Official Public Records, Comal County, Texas, said 21.466 acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2” iron found in the southwest right-of-way line F.M. 311, for the east corner of a called 4.895 acre tract of land recorded in Doc. #200406021585, Official Public Records, Comal County, Texas, the north corner of the above referenced Tract II and herein described tract; THENCE with the southwest right-of-way line of F.M. 311 and northeast lines of Tract II, Tract I and Tract III the following four (4) courses and distances: along a curve to the right having a central angle of 07 degrees 10 minutes 36 seconds, an arc distance of 353.84 feet, a radius of 2824.90 feet, and a chord which of South 44 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 353.61 feet to a concrete TxDOT right-of-way marker found; South 40 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 675.59 feet to a concrete TxDOT right-of-way marker found; along a curve to the right having a central angle of 49 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds, an arc distance of 485.20 feet, a radius of 563.80 feet, and a chord of South 16 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 470.37 feet to a concrete TxDOT right-of-way marker found; and South 08 degrees 21 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 95.48 feet to a 1/2” iron rod found for a northeast corner of a called 41.351 acre tract of land recorded in Doc. #200206027544, Official Public Records, Comal County, Texas, the southeast corner of Tract III and herein described tract; THENCE departing the west right-of-way line of F.M. 311, with a north line of said 41.351 acre tract and the south line of Tract III, South 88 degrees 45 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance
