Speaker: Kyle R. Still and Jenna C. Borders Attorneys at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP Read Kyle R. Still and Jenna C. Borders Bio Throughout the stages of the employment relationship, there are countless opportunities for the unwary employer to make a legal misstep. In this roundtable, we will discuss five common (and costly) mistakes employers make: 1. Improper pre-employment screening and interview questions 2. Failing to have appropriate, enforceable restrictive covenants in place 3. Incorrect worker classification 4. Failing to promptly address and document disciplinary issues 5. Botching terminations We will also give a brief forecast of what action the Trump Administration may take regarding employment laws in the near future. This is a roundtable discussion for questions and interactive dialogue among the attendees and the experts. Hosted by Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP  
