So if you never got to see an eagle in flight you are missing out. I am not talking about any old eagle the one I saw was estimated to be about a 5 foot wing span. All it required was a short call from my brother that was working in the field. I grabbed my camera and hopped on my bicycle. Just as I approached the field he soared directly toward me. In excitement I had the wrong camera settings on as I snapped away. Unfortunately I am not an animal photographer and the longest zoom I own is 55mm. So the best picture I have of him is the one above. You would love hearing the flapping of his wings and seeing him. I will keep you updated if he returns to our farm!
