Clark the present grantors. Being the same premises which Fran Clark and Martin D. Clark, Executors of The Estate of Francis E. Clark, by Deed dated 05/20/2013 and recorded 05/21/2013 in Montgomery County in Deed Book 5873 Page 2600 conveyed unto Erjon Thomollari and Jonida Kico, husband and wife, in fee. The improvements thereon being known as 1646 Limerick Lane Parcel ID#: 54-00-10411-00-2 TRANSFER TAX EXEMPT: TRANSFER FROM HUSBAND AND WIFE TO HUSBAND AND WIFE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
Subject to all existing rights of way, conditions, easements, restrictions, rights, agreements, notes and other matters of record to the extent valid and enforceable and still applicable to the above-described premises. Together with all and singular improvements, ways, streets, alleys, driveways, passages, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever unto the hereby granted premises belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said Grantor and Grantor's heirs, successors and/or assigns, as well at law as in equity, of, in, and to the same.
