LEAGUE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Registration for 2017 leagues begins at the tee-off event on April 1, 2017 There are 2 ways to register: In Person at Tee-Off. Complete the attached form and submit it in person, along with a check or credit card payment, at the tee-off event on April 1, 2017. Members who are unable to attend teeoff may have a friend submit the registration form and payment on their behalf but must have membership renewed through 7/31/17 to register. 1. By Mail. Complete the attached form and mail it, with check or credit card payment, to:

Please ensure your registration information is both legible and complete. The contact information you provide will be given to league captains for purposes of league communications. Registrations received by mail after tee-off will be processed in the order they are postmarked. Subs may request particular leagues on the registration form or may go directly to the website to submit their name to sub for a league or multiple leagues.
Confirming your registration. Check the website (www.mnewg.org) under the specific league to confirm addition to the appropriate league roster. Once your registration has been received and approved, you will be listed under “League Members.” Please allow processing time for roster updates. Make sure you have paid your 2017 EWGA dues prior to registering for leagues. Before a league registration can be confirmed, a player must be verified to be a current member of EWGA with membership good through 7/31/17. You will not be guaranteed a spot on a league until your membership through the league season is verified. You can become a member or renew your membership via the www.ewga.com website. If you have questions about this process, please contact our local Membership Chair ([email protected]). Filling and closing of leagues. Leagues will be filled on a “first come, first approved” basis. If a league fills, it will be identified as “closed” on the www.mnewg.org website on the leagues page. April 21 is a critical date. After that date, we will only fill foursomes, then close leagues as foursomes fill out. Some additional accommodation will be made for new members joining in April. If a league is closed and you would like to be waitlisted, contact the League Chair at [email protected].
