This luminaire is suitable for installation inside and outside. When correctly installed, it meets the requirements of IP67. It is not suitable for long periods of total immersion, and should not be used for pond or pool illumination. Indoors, it is suitable for use in bathrooms, showers and kitchens. Not suitable for driveways. LED Light source has a cool running temperature and can by touched when lit. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the latest edition of the I.E.E. Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and taking into consideration Part P of the Building Regulations. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. This luminaire may be mounted horizontally or vertically. IMPORTANT. Ensure that ALL electrical connections are tight with no loose strands. Before commencing installation or maintenance, ensure electricity is switched off at the mains. Suitable for mounting on normally flammable surfaces.

There are no user serviceable parts in this luminaire.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Select the required position for the luminaire and prepare the area for the mounting box as required. Allowing for a tiling grout line of 5mm all around and sufficient space underneath for running the cable, cut a hole in the mounting surface as follows: o AU-BRK80 – 90mm x 90mm x 75mm deep; o AU-BRK100 – 210mm x 110mm x 75mm deep; o AU-BRK200 – 210mm x 210mm x 75mm deep. 2. Connection to the mains supply must be carried out using an appropriate IP rated junction box. 3. Secure into position using your selected sealing method. Ensure if mounting vertically the appropriate bonding/securing method will keep the luminaire in position. 4. When connections have been made and product is secured, turn on mains supply. GENERAL • •

These luminaires are not dimmable. IP67 rated luminaires are protected against splashing water from all directions when correctly installed. It is suitable for installation in locations containing a bath or shower, as defined by the I.E.E Wiring Regulations, Zones 1& 2 See Fig.1 below. IP65 rated luminaires are protected against dust and jets of water. It is suitable for installation in locations containing a bath or shower, as defined by the I.E.E Wiring Regulations, Zones 1 & 2 where water jets are likely.
Warning
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Environmental Protection (W.E.E.E.) – Aurora’s WEEE Reg.No. WEE/BG0130YX Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE) requires that any of our products showing this marking (left) must not be disposed of with other household or commercial waste. Aurora does not levy any WEEE disposal charges to its customers for affected WEEE related products. The guarantee is invalid in the case of improper use, installation, tampering, removal of the Q.C. date label, installation in an improper working environment or installation not according to the current edition of the I.E.E. Wiring Regulations (BS7671). Should this product fail during the guarantee period it will be replaced free of charge, subject to correct installation and return of the faulty unit. Aurora does not accept responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of this product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
