Step 1 — Back Panel
With a T5 Torx screwdriver, remove eleven 6.35 mm screws from the back of the laptop.
Carefully separate back panel from the laptop.

Step 3 — Fan
Locate the fan near the top of the laptop.
Carefully unscrew three 2.381mm screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.

The fan is attatched to four wires and a white clip. Carefully slide the clip out of the yellow port to completely remove the fan.
