If they cannot attend it is expected that an assistant coach will attend in their place. During the off season meetings are not mandatory but are strongly encouraged.

8. Intermediate and Minor coaches must submit a list of at least 2 players or more who are skilled and comfortable being called up to the next division to fill in on a team. This must be discussed with player and parent prior to listing them on the Call Up list. Please include player’s name, common position played, parent’s name, phone and email. Please give this information to the Player Agent no later than 1 week after the season begins. This list will be provided to all coaches. If your team has less than 10 players for a game, you may pick players from the “call up “list in the immediate lower division. Coaches should communicate with their players and prepare in advance if they need to utilize the Call Up list.
