Child Led Learning Leprechaun Traps
March 17th 10:00am - 12:00pm Free Have you ever wanted to catch a tricky little leprechaun? Here’s your chance: build a leprechaun trap at home with your family and on Saint Patrick’s Day, come to Co-Create Learning to share and test your invention in a science fair like format. The only requirement: Sparkle the leprechaun, who lives at Co-Create is 4 inches tall so be sure to build your trap in a way he can fit! Participants (the kids) should be prepared to share the design of their leprechaun trap as well as allow others, including Sparkle, to test their invention.
May the luck of the Irish be with you! Open to all ages. What is child-led learning? Children of all ages are invited to showcase a passion or study of interest that has evolved out of their homeschool studies and co-creative classes. At times, these events will be focused on particular themes or projects. Similar to a science fair like format, there will be tables for projects to be displayed and plenty of time for children to share their learning with everyone who attends!
