My friend, this homework is not for cramming. To get the most out of this study you need to seek to work on it a little bit every day. Keep in mind that you will get out of it what you put into it. So, invest deeply and be deeply blessed by an increase in the wisdom of our Savior! 1. Read Proverbs 8 each day this week.

2. Work each day this week on memorizing Proverbs 8:32-36.

3. Mark your key words as you encounter them in the text of Chapter 8 (see bookmark.)

4. List the “locations” where Wisdom is found.

5. Why should we listen to Wisdom and what are her blessings from verses 1-21, 32-36?

What are the consequences for not listening or acquiring wisdom? (See vs.36)

6. Verse 11 gives us a “better than” comparison. Look up the other “better than”

comparisons throughout the book of Proverbs. What is better

As you read Proverbs chapter 8 every day this week, read it to your children at least 2 times. There are 2 pictures for Chapter 8. Make copies for your kids to color as you read or put it on display for them to look at while you read and have them listen for the words that depict the drawing. If you are able to read Proverbs 8 to them every day, have them choose other verses from chapter 8 to draw and have you guess what verse they drew!! Bring a favorite to share at study!
