The Sales Office is now fully complete, with its stunning landscaped surrounds quickly coming to life. The beautiful established bushland surrounding the sales office provides a natual backdrop to blocks which are now ready for construction. To celebrate the Sales Office Grand Opening, we have invited Chris Ferreira from The Forever Project and David Beyer from Sustainable Communities to present two workshops. There will also be plenty of prizes and giveaways…

Titles and Settlements All blocks in Laidlaw are now fully titled, and a large number have now settled. We welcome all the new residents of Bushmead!
Helena Valley Primary School 90th Birthday Celebrations
Congratulations to the first owner to settle on their block in the new suburb of Bushmead: Jessica Howard – Block 229.
Construction Update Helena Valley Primary School was established in 1927, and recently celebrated their 90th Birthday – a huge milestone. To mark the occasion, a carnival was held on Friday 7th April, featuring a Ferris Wheel, spinning turbo tubs, bouncy castle, sideshow alley and even a fortune teller! Cedar Woods proudly sponsored the special wagon ride with the beautiful Clydesdale horses. Many of the students, teachers and families joined in the fun by dressing up in 1920’s fashion, adding a unique historical insight into what life was like 90 years ago.

NORTHGATE PROMENADE
The construction of the first stage at Bushmead, Laidlaw is nearing completion. The Practical Completion date of 12th May remains on track. The main access into Bushmead will be via Ashgrove Entrance off Midland Road. The contractors are busy preparing the temporary intersection prior to Western Power removing the power poles along Midland Road. Ashgrove Entrance is a carefully planned 300m long entrance road, completely brick paved which winds through the retained trees. Following completion of the Laidlaw civil works, the landscaping is scheduled to commence immediately. This will include the bespoke entry statement walls which provide connectivity via the winding path network along Ashgrove entrance towards Laidlaw.
