You will not be in the draw if you have not made full payment by the closing date 18th March 2018 All competitors and spectators enter the grounds at their own risk. Neither the Levin Pony Club nor the Levin AP&I accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to ponies, horses, and riders or any other persons or property whatsoever 1.

Levin Pony Club reserves the right to make any changes to the programme or to postpone or cancel sports, refuse entry, eliminate any unruly horse or pony if they deem it necessary. Levin Pony Club reserves the right to move a competitor to a different class to the one they entered if in their opinion the combination is not in an appropriate class. All riders & supporters are expected to show good sportsmanship. Approved red tagged helmets must be worn at all times while mounted. Threatening, disrespectful or other such antisocial behaviour towards other riders, judges, spectators, ground volunteers or other such persons present at this event will not be tolerated. Persons deemed to be involved in such behaviour will be asked to leave the grounds immediately with no refund of entry fees provided. Cruelty to any mount will not be tolerated. Any persons deemed to be involved in such behaviour will be asked to leave without any refund of fees.

NO truck or float entry via Victoria Street – NO truck or float parking on show ground tarmac areas. Entries will be limited to 15 per class Entries via Equestrian Entries only www.equestriaentries.co.nz (no paper/email entries will be accepted) Horses/ponies restricted to 3 classes Tests maybe called ENTRY FEES: PAYABLE TO: Levin Pony Club. 02-0668-0159206-25 Class 1 to 12 - $12 per class $5 1st aid levy per rider, $7.50 ground fee per mount
Please remove ALL Pooh, hay, rubbish from the grounds when you leave.
This event will operate under the NZPCA Fair-play charter.
