Full-size basketball wood court for older campers & field house access! Lowered baskets for younger campers College-level coaches Student coaches will be current Division I, II and III players 8:1 camper to coach ratio Groups developed based on skill level, gender and age Safe environment to enjoy learning Great skill development for all ages Fun of the game as the top priority

We cannot wait to see you on campus! Our camps are truly some of the best in the area, with instruction from elite college coaches, area coaches, and All-American student athletes! The fundamental skill instruction will be something your daughter or son can take home with them. They will have a skill booklet, methods to take the game home with them, along with a tshirt to help remember their time as a Flyer at Lewis University! Campers are welcome to attend both June and August sessions. Please be sure to specify your session under the Registration Application or Online Registration. We are positive you will have a worthwhile experience and learn new skills of the game of basketball. And don’t forget, we’re going to have a lot of FUN too!!!!!

Parental Release & Medical Waiver Agreement
I hereby grant permission for __________________(participant) to attend and fully participate in the Lewis Basketball Camp and I hereby release the Lewis Basketball Camp & Lewis University, its agents and employees from any liability therein. I am aware of no condition which would prohibit the Participant from participating in any activities of the Camp therein. _______________________(participant) has received a physical examination within the last twelve (12) months. In consideration for permission to use the Lewis facilities, I hereby agree to assume all risk of injury which may occur as a result of using such facilities. I further agree to release and hold Lewis, its officers, trustees, employees, and agents harmless from any & against any claims, damages, costs, or cause of action which the Participant may have or raise in the future as a result of injuries or damages sustained or incurred while using the Lewis facilities. By my signature affixed below, I acknowledge the risk involved and assume all responsibility for the safety and conduct of the Participant while using the Lewis facilities. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understand the above agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
