Education: I am a Sophomore at MTSU Coaching: I’ve recently volunteered at sports com for 2 summers coaching volleyball.
Coaching Philosophy: “I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.” -Michael Jordan I believe in this whole heartedly. Even when a practice gets hard or a game gets hard we should not give up. Trying tells/shows so much about you. Trying shows: guts, confidence, determination, and passion. Failure is gonna happen, that’s inevitable. You won’t always be able to control it. But what you can control is what you leave on the court.
