March 3 - 6, 2016 Thank you for your interest in fundraising for the inaugural 2016 NaturChem Invitational, brought to the midlands by the Lexington Wildcats and River Bluff Gators baseball programs. All of your fundraising efforts to sell ads for the tournament program stays with your team to support the dedicated baseball athletes, coaches and staff at your school. The NaturChem Invitational committee members thank you for your participation and tireless efforts to make the baseball tournament a special event for the players, coaches, families, and those in attendance.
PLAYER PROGRAM ADVERTISING SALES Each player must sell a minimum of $100 in advertisements for the tournament program. A program advertising form for potential advertisers is included with this information sheet. All submitted ads must have a completed advertising form and payment, and are due to Ronda Connell at the Gator Commons room from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016. Please be aware that ads will not be accepted or placed in the program without a submitted advertising form and payment. Ad files must be submitted by disk, flash drive or e-mailed to [email protected] by 8 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016. Do not e-mail any ads to Ms. Ronda’s personal e-mail address. Please send them to the address designate for ads. More information about ad size, accepted file types, cost, etc. is provided on the advertising form.
