Step 1 — Keypad 

Remove all 4 screw covers from each corner on the back cover.



Unscrew all 4 screws from the back cover of phone.

Hold open.

Step 4



Pull rubber keyboard off carefully.



NOTE: Be sure not to remove the silver button panel below the keyboard

Align the keyboard with four gold tabs at the top of the keyboard.
