I. Old Business A. 3% Raise Proposal - LPPC is recommended a 3% raise to the base that flows throughout the Teacher/Administrator Salary Schedule 15-16 (Schedule: 4T 192 Days). This was sent back by the board. (See Document 1) Recommendation of a 1.5% raise to the base that flows throughout the Teacher/Administrator Salary Schedule 15-16 (Schedule: 4T 192 Days) is being made. (See Document 2) Motion was made and seconded Yes - 6 No - 4 Motion Passed B. Administrative Proposal for Pay Cost: $310,000 according to Mr. Brown Amend the Teacher/Administrator Salary Schedule 15-16 (Schedule: 4T 192 Days) to strike the language referring to “% of Range IV Step 01” for the calculation of “Administrators Position Increments”. Replace with “% of Range & Step on Schedule: 4T 192 Days”. (See Document 3 and salary schedule) Motion was seconded. Motion passed.
