Life Happens! Start with Why (Matt. 28:16-20)
In Simon Sinek’s best-selling book “Start with Why”, he argues great leaders inspire others by putting the Why (the purpose) before the How (the process), or the What (the product). What is your “why”? What is your purpose in life? Have you even spent time thinking about it? Jesus has given every Christian their “why,” it’s found in Matthew 28:16 -20.
How can we do this? “There are only two ways to influence human behavior: you can manipulate it or you can inspire it.” -Simon Sinek. If we are passionate about our loyalty to Jesus, we will inspire others to follow Him as well. A disciple is not a convert but a truly passionate, committed follower of King Jesus. Discipleship, at the time the Bible was written, was taken so seriously that the students would often follow their teacher into the bathroom! Spoiler alert! CCC is going to invest in helping you become Godly leaders that make other Godly leaders.
