Team Ages- 2020/2021 and 2018/2019 Team practices will run twice a week Parisi strength, speed, and agility training once a week - featuring a professionally designed 14-week strength and conditioning program geared toward building elite athletes 3 regional tournaments guaranteed (additional tournaments will be made available a-la-carte) Full Nike uniforms kit (jersey, shorts, and shooting shirt) included 1 private training session included for each player Player evaluations at the end of the season Why Join Lifezone360 Lacrosse Club?
