9 June 2017 Dear Parents Lightwater Valley Theme Park Monday 24 July To celebrate the fantastic hard work and efforts since September, we have organised an exciting day out for our wonderful Year 6 at Lightwater Valley Theme Park on Monday 24 July 2017. The voluntary contribution for this trip is £23.00 which includes the entrance fee of £13.50 and £9.50 for the cost of the coach. Your child will need a packed lunch and they do not have to wear school uniform (no inappropriate logos or slogans on clothing please). Your child should be in school at 8.15 am for a prompt 8.30 am departure. We intend to leave Lightwater Valley at 4.30 pm and should be back to school (traffic permitting) for approximately 5.45 pm, at which point you should arrange for your child to be collected. If you are unable to collect your child, please contact the school office. Please note: In line with our School Behaviour Policy the school will take note of the general behaviour of all pupils for this visit. Inappropriate behaviour in school may result in your child being withdrawn from the trip. Please complete and return the slip below and pay your voluntary contribution, on line, via ParentPay no later than Friday 30 June 2017. Unfortunately, due to legislation we must inform you that if we do not receive sufficient contributions we will have to cancel the visit.
