UPCOMING FUNDRAISER ANNOUNCEMENT Dear Parent, Glen Burnie Boys Baseball and Girls Softball is very pleased to announce that we will be using the power of the National Football League (NFL). Major League Baseball (MLB) and your favorite college teams to help us raise funds for Various Needs of The Organization. The fundraiser will run from the day you receive this letter until April 12, 2014. Important points:
These products are high quality, durable plastic, dishwasher safe and feature officially licensed branding from some of the top sports teams in the world.
Emphasize the purpose of our fundraiser and what we’re going to do with the money we raise.
All checks should be made payable to GBBB.
Checks and cash should be collected in the envelope found in the enclosed order form.
Sample Cups have been proven to significantly increase sales so please use the enclosed Sample Cup when talking to customers.
Order forms are due back on April 12, 2014.
