LOCATION The site occupies a prominent position adjacent to an existing 73,000 sq ft Morrisons Foodstore and a 102,000 sq ft B&Q on Tritton Road, on the outskirts of Lincoln city centre. The B1003, Tritton Road, is the main out of town retail warehouse area in Lincoln.
