Machine -cleaned, oiled and in good working condition. All necessary power cords and foot control. Embroidery attachment/module Embroidery hoop: large oval (255 x 145) or similar Embroidery bobbin case Presser foot. I used the #26 foot and # 10 edge stitch foot. Needles-#80 universal or embroidery needle. Embroidery Thread- Isacord or Mettler Polysheen and Embroidery bobbin thread-Bottom Line. For my sample I used black Isacord and black bottom line for the sample. 8. USB flash drive for transferring designs to your machine 9. General supplies: scissors, pins, marking pencil, ruler, rotary cutter, cutting mat, tape. 10. Stabilizer: Polymesh cutaway. 11. Written Instructions Pre-Class Preparation: Calibrate your Hoop – refer to your machine manual for instructions Cutting instructions: From fabric #1 cut one 6x8 inch rectangle for the outside From Fabric #2 cut one 6x8 inch rectangle for the inside fabric Fusible tricot or shape flex cut one 6x8 inch piece to fuse to the back of the outside 6x8 piece Ribbon tab for key ring- cut one piece of ½ or ¾ inch ribbon 3 inches. Fold this in half WS together. You could also use one of your fabrics to make a tab for the key ring. Pockets: Use fabric #3 and one of the other fabrics for the pockets 6 x6 inches (first pocket) – fold this in half = 3x6 6 x 7 inches (middle pocket) – fold this in half = 3 ½ x 6 6 x 8 inches (third pocket) – fold this in half = 4x6 *(Option- for stability, fuse a piece of stay tape inside each pocket piece right against the fold line.
