State policy Support to agriculture and subsidizing farmers is

based on the Law on Budget, (agrarian budget) which is adopted annually on the proposal of MAFWM;  RS Government adopting based on the proposal of

the MAFWM regulation on establishing a long-term measures for implementation of breeding programs for a period of five years, and in line with long-term program brings the annual program of measures to implement breeding programs in terms of the act of Regulation; Subsidy to support the development of organic

production;

Feeding practice Sheep and goats Lambs in upland flocks are usually kept on farm over the autumn and winter months and finished on a variety of feeds: grass hay , arable stubble, maize and feed. When they reach an appropriate weight they are sold directly or to an abattoir, usually for sale between October and March The majority of sheep and goats production is dependant largely on upland and mountain grazing in summer under marginal conditions while the lowland systems are more intensive
