Child Advocacy Center CAC is still looking for four more volunteers to help collect money at the Friday Night concert on June 21st at SouthPointe from 6:15–8:00 pm. This is a “pass the hat” offering. Please contact Jill at 402-476-3200 if you are interested. Summer Child Supervision & Support Volunteers We are looking for volunteers to assist with supervising children and providing support on a variety of tasks as needed during our operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00) during the summer months. Duties include supervising and engaging children in activities (games, reading, movies), stocking stuffed animal closets, general house upkeep (stocking supplies, sanitizing and organizing toys) and clerical projects (filing, binding Parent Handbooks). Volunteers should enjoy working with children of all ages and have a willingness to pitch in and help with whatever may be needed that day. Volunteers for this opportunity must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.Volunteers must sign and adhere to our Child Protection Policy and Confidentiality Agreement. Friendship Home Enjoy golfing? Help support Friendship Home through the 2nd Annual Pillow Talk Golf Tournament presented by the Lincoln Women’s Municipal Golf Association on June 15, 2013 at the Holmes Lake Golf Course.
