LOCOMOTION APPLICATION SUBMITAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE “ACCEPTED” UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED 2.

Please ensure all information is accurate and complete, your information will automatically save as you proceed. You will not be allowed to proceed to the next step if any required data is incomplete

Email and mailing addresses are extremely important to be accurate.

Once you have completed steps 1-6 and submit your application, you will be asked to enter referee data. Click on “add referee” and enter referee data for your referee crew. Only 3 referees will show up in our system. Please note, on step 6 there is a button you can click if you are not planning to bring referees. If you select this option skip “add referees”

After you submit your application an email will be sent to you Regional Commissioner and he/she will have the option to approve or deny your application, once that is done, it will show up on your application and in our system, a similar message will be sent to your Regional Referee Administrator after you submit your referee crew data. There is a submit button for application and a separate one for referees. Do not skip these steps

Your application will be “closed” once it has been submitted. Any changes will need to be made by Tournament Director. This is to ensure data that affects groupings, team acceptance etc. is not changed without tournament administrators knowledge and approval

ACCEPTANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED BY SUBMITTING TEAM APPLICATION a. There are limited spots available for each division b. Teams will be accepted based on order of receipt of payment, send a check ASAP c. RC approval is required for acceptance d. Lack of referee crew could potentially affect team acceptance if there is an overabundance of teams not able to supply referees.

DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN 1 (ONE) APPLICATION FOR EACH TEAM, THIS CAN CREATE AN INACCURATE COUNT OF TEAMS. If you make a mistake send an email to [email protected] explaining what needs to be changed and your application can either be opened for you to make changes or tournament administrator will make changes for you, depending on what makes the most sense. ALL COMMUNICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE YOUR 4 DIGIT AP ID NUMBER FOR QUICK/EZ REFERENCE YOUR AP ID CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION AND ON YOUR PRINTED APPLICATION

As payments and applications are received your application will update. Check back for acceptance updates etc

10. When sending payment please include the following. a. A copy of your teams application, it must be signed by coach to acknowledge that coach is aware of tournament rules and is responsible for actions of all those associated with the team. b. RC signature is not required on application; RC approval will be done electronically. c. A finalized, RC signed official AYSO roster will be required prior to being allowed to participate in the tournament, include a copy with payment if your team roster has been finalized. Do not delay sending payment to wait for roster d. A copy of referee roster is not required; RRA approval and refs will be tracked electronically. 11. Print your application by clicking on the printer icon within your application 12.
