RegistraCons  and  Fees   Winter  Skills  and  Drills   •  Full  4  sessions  -­‐  $45  per  player     •  Pay  as  you  go  -­‐  $15  per  player,  per  session   Spring  Program  (team  building  plus  outdoor)   •  $135  for  the  1st  child    $125  for  the  2nd  child    $90  for  the  3rd  child   •  Family  max  of  $350   •  Late  fee:  $25  (if  register  aier  2/28  registraCon  deadline)   •  $50  U7  Lifle  Laxers   •  Registra2on  fees  cover:    Balls,  team  goalie  equipment,  insurance,  referee  fees,  training  for   coaches,  preseason  games,  indoor  Cme  at  SportsZone,    Tournaments  and  turf  field  costs,  and  end   of  year  celebraCon.   •  Fundraisers:  LYLA  relies  on  fundraisers  to  help  reduce  registraCon  fees,  since  registraCon  fees   are  not  enough  to  cover  the  overall  expenses.  This  year  parCcipaCon  in    a  raffle  fundraiser  will  be   required  of  each  family.   •  LYLA  policy:    Financial  need  should  never  affect  a  child’s  ability  to  play  lacrosse.  Contact  Kevin   Derhak,  Abigail  McCune,  or  Sarah  Carignan  to  discuss  payment  plans  and  scholarship   opportuniCes  if  you  need  any  assistance.

Intro  to  Boys  Game  –  Boys  Field  

Uniforms   Uniform  Vendor:  EMBROIDERY  CREATIONS:  80  Nashua  Road,   Building  C.  The  entrance  road  is  located  directly  across  from   the  entrance  to  the  Londonderry  Benson’s  Store  All  Players  in   the  U9  through  U15  Programs  are  required  to  wear  a  LYLA   Uniform  for  play.    

•  LYLA  does  not  provide  this  uniform.  It  must  be  purchased  separately  via   our  Website,  or  in  person  at  Embroidery  CreaCons.   •  If  you  have  a  uniform  from  last  year,  you  are  NOT  required  to  buy  a  new   one,  regardless  of  whether  you  are  a  boy  or  a  girl.   •  There  is  a  choice  of  fabrics  for  the  boys’  uniforms.   •  As  in  the  past,  only  the  uniform  top  is  required  for  play.   •  Shorts  are  opConal  for  both  boys  and  girls.  It  is  recommended  that  Royal   blue  shorts  are  worn  for  game-­‐play.   •  Orders  MUST  be  placed  by  March  07,  2014!!
