HHOPEww “Hack-a-Thon” for teens, campus and young adults A Hackathon is an event where a group of people meet to engage in collaborative problem solving. At a typical Hackathon (usually involving computer programming--not the case here), students will break into groups and ‘hack’ solutions to relevant social problems. They will then present their ideas before a panel of judges and the winners will receive a prize and have their team and idea announced on HOPE worldwide’s website!
