LOUDY WIGGINS: Mango Chia Pudding Mango Chia puddings are yummy snacks in between you meals!  A great way to increase your fruit intake in a snack. You can try adding different fruit for a new flavour.  The chia seeds will help you to fill you up between meals / keep you feeling satisfied. PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: Overnight SERVES: 8 INGREDIENTS:  400ml of coconut milk (can or tetra pack);  1 jar (170g) banana and mango bliss (Found in baby isle);  ½ cup of white chia seeds;  Mango slices for serving;  Pumpkin Seeds for serving.

METHOD: 1. Place chia seeds and coconut milk in container and whisk; 2. Add mango bliss and whisk; 3. Transfer to 4 x 150ml airtight containers and leave in fridge overnight; 4. Serve with sliced mango and pumpkin seeds.
