What’s Happening…
Kenn and Adina Wicklund, Patti Winsor, Neil (Marshall Pattee’s father), John (Carol Ramberg’s father)
The new prayer chain goes into effect this week. We have both an e-mail and phone chain and both are used when we have an urgent matter for prayer within our church family. If you have a request, please call Pastor Steve, who will start the chain. We only pass along requests when we have permission to do so.

On May 24, we will observe Memorial Day Sunday. The service will be shortened to accommodate a walk to our cemetery down the street and a ceremony to honor those buried there who have served our country. A potluck will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome! May Mission: Copy Paper Drive for The Refuge Network. One of the largest costs for the Refuge is paper for legal documents to assist in protecting individuals in The Refuge. We will be collecting reams of paper for donation on June 7, 2015. The Refuge would also appreciate a few packages of pens. More information to come! If you are interested in attending workshops on the MN AIDS Project or Understanding Suicide & Prevention, please see Marshall. Missionary Letter: Read Galen Johnsons’s Update on the Mission Board from the Congo and savor in his breakfast picture. New Pathway Families outreach with Trinity Lutheran, (Tuesday, June 2 & Friday, June 7) a sign up sheet is coming. Start of Summer Schedule – Sunday, May 17th will be the last day for Sunday School. The worship hour will remain at 10:15, but feel free to come early to enjoy some coffee and fellowship! “Spring into Summer” – Wednesday, May 20th from 6:00-8:00 pm, we will be celebrating the end of a successful year of Wednesday Night programs and we will be “Springing” into the Summer events and opportunities to get involved! Come and enjoy some free food, fellowship, a photo scavenger hunt and worship! All are invited and all are welcome! Graduation Sunday – Join us on Sunday, May 31st to honor our graduate! Muffins will be served at a brief reception following the service.
Covenant Ladies Ministry (CLM) will be meeting on Sunday, May 31 at 6:30 pm. “Oh, The Places You’ll Go” will be the theme with a special guest speaker. Come find out who that may be? Please bring a monetary donation for our Clean Water Mission emphasis. Mark your calendar!
